(N. Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) LONDON, Mar. 24. The top-flight steeplechase jockey, Paddy Farrell, aged 33, has been told he will never walk again following hie fall in Saturday’s Grand National steeplechase, the “Daily Mirror” reported. Farrell broke his back in the fall from Border Flight.
