GUILTY OF BREAKING

AUCKLAND, March 19. Neville Brian Tween, aged 23, a workman, was found guilty by a jury in the Supreme Court, Auckland, today, of breaking into the Foodtown Supermarket at Papakura in October of last year with intent Mr Justice Boys remanded him until Wednesday for sentence. The jury also found Tween guilty of being in possession of instruments capable of being used for housebreaking -oxy-acetylene cutting equipment
Mr A. B. Lawson was Crown prosecutor. Tween was represented at his four-day trial by Mr K. Ryan.
