League Prospects Of Tour Bright
(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) SYDNEY, March 12. The chairman of the Australian Rugby League Board of Control (Mr W. Buckley) said today prospects of a short visit to Australia by a New Zealand team this season were bright The possibility of having either the North or South bland team in July would be discussed at the board's annual meeting next month, he said. It probably would be possible to arrange matches against New South Wales and Queensland, and for the New South Wales League to give the state championship an inter-Dominion flavour by having the winner meet the New Zealand side.
