(N.Z, Press Association) WELLINGTON, Mar. 13. The new offer for the “Dominion” by the Thomson Organisation was sent out to shareholders today. The offer, which puts a value on the company of £2.3 million, increases the cash amounts of £l6 10s a share and £9 for rights offered to shareholders and purchasers of rights on February 5 to £23 and £l5 10s.
