No Permit For Reserve Bank
CIV.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, March 12. The Reserve Bank has had to abandon existing plans for a nine-storey office building on the comer of the Terrace and Bowen street, Wellington. The plans interfere with the redevelopment of the area for traffic and the Wellington City Council tonight declined to approve them.
