Accountant Students Elect Officers
'Hie Christchurch Accountant Students’ Society yesterday elected the following officers: president, Mr T. G. Iggo; secretary, Mr R. Campbell; treasurer, Mr D. J. Hargreaves: committee. Messrs B. J. Clarke. L H. Fox, B. N. Hawkins, D. A. Johns, W. Johnston and J. R. Ryder.
Fire In Store.—A small fire in a general store on the premises of J. Deyell and Company, Ltd, caused only slight damage yesterday morning. Two engines from the Sydenham Fire Station attended.
