Encirclement Of Indonesia
(N.Z.P. A.-Reuter—Copyright) DJAKARTA, Feb. 16. President Soekarno said today that after the burning of the British Embassy in Djakarta in September last year, he had received a “black and white document of a British plan. to use Malaysia to encircle and undermine Indonesia.” “If the Malaysian leaders continually press me and keep crowing, I will show and open the evil document of Malaysia to the world,” he said. President Soekarno continued:— “What Indonesia opposes and wants to crush is not the 10 million Malaysian people, but the British power that exists within the Malaysian project. "This has been made clear by Indonesia in any talks, including the recent Bangkok talks (among the Foreign Ministers of Malaysia, the Philippines, and Indonesia).”
