Gift For Award
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Feb. 14. A gift of £lOOO to the New Zealand Institution of Engineers to provide an award of £5O a year to the author of the .best paper on an electrical engineering subject was announced at the institution’s jubilee conference today by Mr R, S. Maunder. The award will be known as the. Evan Parry Award in honour of New Zealand's first electrical engineer.
