HIGH AND DRY.—The 35ft trawler Roamer photographed on the wharf at Westport after being salvaged. The bow was damaged, and the starboard side was holed during salvage. The trawler, valued at £3000, sank in the Buller river recently near the bar. Mr A. Westrupp (left), a shipwright, acting as an assessor for the insurance company, is shown inspecting the damage. With him is the owner, Mr C. Priest.
