Previous experience in the conduct of a Nurses’ Home or proven administrative ability is desirable. .The duties of the Supervising Home Sister will include the general supervision and management of the Nurses’ Home as it concerns the comfort and well-being of all living-in staff. Attractive living-in accommodation is available if required, for which a charge of £156 per annum will be made. Salary will be in accordance with the Hospital Employment (Nurses’) Regulations, 1963, which provide for the following scale—£97o-1013-1032 per annum, plus a 10 per cent overtime allowance while working a rostered 44 hours per week. The commencing rate within this scale will depend upon the appointee’s previous nursing experience.
