QANTAS STRIKE
(N.Z. Press Assn.— Copyright) SYDNEY, Feb. 14. The Federal Conciliation Commissioner (Mr J. H. Portus) today inserted a "nostrike” clause in the Qantas pilots’ industrial agreement. The clause is binding on each individual pilot because the agreement is between Qantas and individual pilots. The pilots’ federation which organised the present strike by Qantas pilots is not a registered union. The “nostrike” order will remain in force for three months. All Qantas pilots have been on strike since last night.
