Printer Takes Over Paper

AUCKLAND, February 13. A. D. Organ, Ltd., printer and publisher,- has acquired the entire capital of Auckland Sunday News, Ltd., publisher of the “Sunday News.” The managing director, Mr A. D. Organ, said today that his company would continue to print and publish the “Sunday News.” There would be no editorial change. Auckland Sunday News. Ltd., was formed in October last year with a registered capital of £9OOO in £1 shares. The major shareholdings were Messrs G. W- Hill and P. J. Doyle, with 2475'shares ieach, and A. D. Organ, Ltd., 1000 shares.
