Remanded In Custody
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Feb. 12. One of two men committed to -the Supreme Court for trial on a charge of breaking into Foodtown Supermarket, Papakura, at Labour week-end, today pleaded guilty when he came before Mr Justice Richmond. The man, Raymond James Arthur, aged 23, a workman, was remanded in custody for sentence.
No date has been fixed for the trial of the second man, Neville Brian Tween, aged 23, a hairdresser who -had been jointly charged with Arthur.
