Inter-Dominion Draws Listed

The Auckland champion Cardigan Bay has drawn the second division of the First Qualifying Heats on the first night of the Inter-Dominion Championships which begin in Melbourne on February 22. In the second series of qualifying heats, to be run on Februarj’ 26, Cardigan Bay will contest the third division.

The Trotting Control Board of Victoria announced the fields for the first two heats today. Barrier positions for the first series of heats will be drawn at 10 a.m. on February 20 and for the second heats at 10 a.m. on February 24. The third night of the Championship carnival is on Saturday, February 29, with the £ 15,000 Fr al on Saturday. March 7. The Trotters’ Championship Final, of £4OOO, will be run on Saturday, February 29. The draws for the first two series of heats for both championships are:— First Qualifying Heats, Ilf First Division.
