Security For Johnson

NEW YORK, December 14
The strictest security arrangements in the history of the United Nations will go into effect when President Johnson pays a three-hour visit to address the General Assembly on Tuesday. The security net will bej even tighter than that set up! in 1960 to protect the heads' of 23 nations .including Mr' Khrushchev. The headquarters is ex- > pected to be sealed off from; the public. Every available member of the. United I Nations security staff will be! on duty.
