JOHNSON’S GOALS
World Peace Foremost

President Johnson told his top disarmament advisers today that his Administration’s foremost goal was the achievement of world peace, authoritative sources reported. The sources said the President met representatives of a group dealing with arms control issues, White House and State Defence Department officials. The President told the group he thought the Kennedy Administration's most long - remembered achievement would be the signing of the Nuclear Test-Ban Treaty. The new Administration intended to carry on with the effort to achieve disarmament.
