D Re vers. has been appointed secretary-general of the International Union of Local Authorities, according to “Endeavour.” a quarterly magazine about women in the Netherlands. Miss Revers has been director of the Union of Dutch Municipalities since 1956. and deputy secretary-general of the international union since 1948 Miss Revers is a member of the Soroptomist Club of The Hague and of the Netherlands Association of University Women
