Algerian Border Report (N .Z.P. A.-Reuter—Copyright) RABAT, Nov. 12. The Moroccan news agency, Maghreb Arab Press, claimed today that troops from China, the United Arab Republic, Bulgaria and Cuba are massing along the AlgerianMoroccan border. There had been reports from Rabat since the border fighting ended on November 3 that Algerian troops were massing near Oujda. the British United Press saidHowever, it was the first time there had been reports claiming the presence of Chinese, Bulgarians and Angolans. Since the outbreak of the Algerian-Moroccan fighting five weeks ago Rabat has accused Egypt and Cuba of shipping Communist-made arms into Algeria. Most of these arms, including tanks, were said to have arrived at Oran by sea from Havana. The Moroccan agency’s report gave no details of the number of troops said to be near Oujda or of their equipment. The Moroccan news agency described the soldiers as “an international brigade,” Reuter reported.
