The Irish Government has sent a letter to the Common Market Commission in Brussels proposing early resumption of contacts on the future of Irish relations with the Six. Ireland W’ould like to establish a system of close contacts, such as Denmark—a member of the European Free Trade Association—'has succeeded in establishing, informed sources said.
