First Day Of Dog Show

Three hundred and two dogs, ranging in size from chihuahuas to Great Danes, yapped and barked in their cages on the first day of the Canterbury Kennel Association's show yesterday. Entries were of a high standard, and some of Canterbury’s finest dogs were exhibited in the toy and nonsporting sections. Judging of the sporting dogs will continue today.
