(N.Z Press Assn.—Copyright) PORT MORESBY, Nov. 14. An era in Papua-New Guinea ended today when th-’ territory’s Legislative Council rose for the last time. The council, which was formed in 1951, will be replaced next year by a House of Assembly after the territory’s first General Election.
