Beer Mat Collector
Hans Klusemann, aged 25, of Essen, has been awarded the “Golden Beer Mat” and named collector of the year by the international group of beer mat collectors. He has collected more than 11,000 mats from 71 countries since 1957. His strangest beer mat is in the form of a longplaying record with thirst-rousing commercials.
