Two Sold To Argentina
The sale of two more South Island corriedale rams to South America was announced yesterday. One of the sheep is from MidCanterbury. Both are going to the Patagonian Sheep Farming Company of Rio Gallegos, Argentina. One of the rams—a one- - shear—is from Bushey Park •estate (Palmerston). It has sold for 1000 gns. The ■'.other is from R. Branch. Ardmore, Methven. A two-shear, Mt has been purchased for 7800 gns r The sheep left Auckland «last week in the Amalric. •They were selected in New by Wright, StephenIson and Company, which also ►made arrangements for their •transport. After being un--7 loaded at Callao, in Peru, ..they will be flown from Lima •io Buenos Aires, in Argentina.
