Two Youths Arrested
Two youths were arrested at Kaikoura yesterday in connexion with the alleged robbery of two meh outside the Mikado Restaurant in High street at 2 a.m. on Sunday. One of the youths, aged 16. will appear in the Children's Court today. The other, aged 19, will appear in the Magistrate’s Court. Both were placed in the cells at the Central Police station last evening. Detective-Sergeant P. J. O'Donovan and DetectiveConstable P. H. Berryman, of the Christchurch C. 1.8-, arrested the youths. The detectives have taken possession of a starting pistol.
