Christmas Party

Residents of Fitzgerald House and elderly parishioners were entertained at a Christmas Party held by the afternoon branch of the St. James’ Mothers’ Union, as their last meeting for the year. Members and guests were welcomed by Hits L. Parker. A service in the church was conducted by the Rev. T. A. McKenzie, and a programme of songs, including Christmas carols, was sung by the Riccarton League of Mothers choir, conducted by Mrs J. Oolthart. Soloists were Mesdames M. Hanafin and K. Swallow.
