I. Letter, sent to the Editor for printing should preferably betyped. otherwise they must be written in ink on one tide of th* paper only. A legible signature and full address are required, whether these are to be pubUehed or hot. A •P.Q si Box number ia not a sufficient address. i. Writers must say clearly whether or' not their letters ‘ era being or have been atat .to other papers. J. The Editor cannot return or keep any tetter which, for any reason, is unsuitable for printing; nor can he acr " knowtedge unsuitable letters although this will be done where It seems to be needful, or enter into any correspondence. 4. Letters must not be of more than 130 words.
