PERTH, October 29. Australia's test captain. R. Benaud, will be vice-captain of the Australian Combined XI to play the South African tourists in a match beginning at Perth on Friday. The Combined XI captain will be the Western Australia Sheffield Shield captain and test batsman, B. Shepherd. The team is: Shepherd, Benaud N. O'Neill. R. Simpson G. McKenzie, H. Bevan, G. Becker, I. Gallash, A. Jones, H. Joynt, R. Waugh.
