Rowing German Eight May Visit
One or possibly two top-class German rowing eights may visit New Zealand next year, members of the Canterbury Rowing Association were told at a meeting last evening. They were asked for their support in raising funds for the 1 tour. The New Zealand Rowing Association's representative in London (Mr D. Wilson) is believed to be negotiating for the tour.
The crews will definitely visit Australia in May, 1964. for the Australian National championships. It is hoped a tour of New Zealand will be made before the Australian
