LETTERS TO THE EDITOR
1. Leders sent to the Editor for printing should preferably be typed; otherwise, they must be written tn ink on one side of the paper only. A legible signature and tall address are required, whether these are to be published or not. A P.O. Box, number la not a sufficient address. I. Writers must say clearly whether or not their letters are being or have been I sent to other papers. 3. The Editor cannot return or keep any letter which fori any reason is unsuitable for printing; nor can he ac- 1 Knowledge unsuitable letters although this will bej done where It seems to be needful, or enter Into any! correspondence. 4. Letters must no* be of more than 130 words. Critic—Sorry; space forbids. ’ Our help in thia case is not needed. Awakened—Talk of “dictatorship" Is not warranted on, the facts so far made : known. Puzzled—lt would be better to cite specific cases, not by name, of course. Comment could then be sought.
