Worrell’s Fine Innings (N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) BIRMINGHAM, August 9. The West Indies gained a first innings lead of 00 over Warwickshire on the second day of their match at Edgbaston today. The tourists showed great fighting spirit to recover from losing four wickets for the addition of only 37 to their overnight 34 for one. The seam bowler, T. Cartwright, in a devastating spell of nine overs, took four wickets for six runs. F. M. Worrell—two hours for a fine 71—shared in a sixthwicket stand of 115 in 100 minutes with Murray, while G.
