SENIOR OVERSEER FOR EARTHWORKS and GENERAL CONTRACTING THE COMPANY: ■ H. Allen Mills Ltd., an expanding construction firm with some 30 major plant items as well as ancillary equipment engaged in earthworks, reading and general contracting Operations are based on Rotorua and extend throughout the Bay of Plenty. THE POSITION: Wr require a top grade Senior Overseer to control field activities under the direction of the Managing Director. THE DUTIES: Supervision and control of field activities including the interpretation of Engineering plans (with special emphasis on modern highway construction); the use of all survey instruments; the control of field maintenance of heavy plant and machinery. THE QUALIFICATIONS: Must have wide experience and an all round general knowledge of the contracting industry, including the ability to lead and control men giving a general managerial ability over wide spread field work and the ability to carry out the duties outlined above.
