CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL THE CHRISTCHURCH CITY BY-LAW, NO. 45 PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Christchurch City Council at a Special Meeting held in the City Council Chamber. 194 Manchester street. Christchurch, at 8.30 p.m. on Monday, the 15th day of July. 1963. passed a resolution to make a By-law the Short Title of which will be "The Christchurch City By-law No. 45, 1963." The object or purport of the proposed By-law is: 1. make lawful the extension of an authorised period of a parking meter but with a maximum limit. 2, To prohibit stopping of vehicles in breach of certain prohibitions, restrictions and signs. 3 Empowering the Council by resolution to prohibit turning to the right at certain Intersections.
