Confidence In Leadership (N Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON July 22 “1 feel sure that the citadel will be captured again,” said the Prime Minister (Mr Holyoake) at the annual conference of the National Parry today He was acknowledging a resolution expressing confidence in his Isederehap and in the Parliamentary National Party The resolution was carried by delegatee who gave the Prune Minister a standing ovation.
“We have 46 good men and true” said Mr Holyoake—"and that includes Mrs Esme Tombleton.”
Natrona! Party eandSdaees who have been adopted for 'he General Election at the end of the year were asked to ate nd. As each stood he warmly applauded by the 300 delegates S«r Leslie Munro, who has been chosen as the National Party’s catkhdaite for Waipa, was not present.
