Body Found On Beach
(N.Z Press Association) DUNEDIN, June 13. The body of an elderly man was found washed up on the St Clair beach this morning He was Romney Joseph Brunt, aged 80, of Eventide Home, Beach street. Mr Brunt had been missing from the Eventide Home since last night.
U.K. State Coal Profit.—Britain’s State-owned coal industry made a profit of £1.400.000 last year, compared with a deficit of £15.000.000 in 1961, according to the annual report.—London, June 12.
