TO MAKE AND LEVY THE undermentioned Rates upon Lyttelton for the period commencing on the Ist day of April. 1963. and ending on the 31st day oi March. 1964. payable in one sun, at the Town Clerk's Office. Oxtord street Lyttelton, on th« 12th day of August, 1963. (D— A GENERAL ‘RATE OF TWO SHILLINGS AND NINI PENCE HALFPENNY in the £ made under provisions of the Section 90 of “The Municipal Corporation Act 1954.” and the “Rating Act. 1925." (2) A WATER RATE (ordinary supply) made under provisions of ’The Municipal Corporations Act. 1954" and the “Rating Act, 1925.” (a) Upon all lands and dwelling houses to. which watei is supplied a Tate of three and a half pence in the £ bet in no case shall toe rate be less than one pound (b) Upon all land and dwelling houses to which watei can be, but it not supplied situate within one hundred yards from any part of the water works, a rate of one half the respective Rate mentioned In Clause (a) hereof. (c) Upon all buildings othei than dwelling houses a Rate of one half the rate mentioned m Clause (a) hereof Minimum charge where water is laid on. ten shillings, A WATER RATE (extraordinary supply) made under Section 96 of “The Municipal Corporations Act 1954” and “Tin Rating Act. 1925." (4) A DIAMOND HARBOUfi WATER AND SEWERAGE SPECIAL RATE OF ONE SHILLING AND FIVE PENCE in £ made under the provisions ol Section 47 of the "Local Bodies Loans Act. 1956" and "The Rating Act, 1925" to be levied on the part of the Borough known as Diamond Harbour. IT IS HEREBY FURTHER PUBLICLY NOTIFIED that the Rate Book will be open for inspection without fee by al!
