Secretary 8317 CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL PROPOSED REVOCATION OF RESERVATION AND SALE OF LAND PURSUANT to the provisions of Section 18 of the Reserves and Domains Act. 1953, it is hereby publicly notified that it is the intention of the Christchurch City Council, at a meeting to be held on Monday, the 15th day of July. 1963. to consider and. if approved, to pass a resolution consenting to the revocation of the reservation over an area of 2 roods 19.4 perches being Lots .1 and 2. D.P. 6073 (Reserve 4079) and an area of 2 roods 19 perches, being Reserve 4175, and requesting the Honourable the Minister of Lands to revoke the reservation of such land and declare it to be available for disposal by way of sale by the Council. This refers to two small reserves situated cm the north side of Beach road. North New Brighton, almost opposite the end of Ascot avenue, which are not likely to be developed as such on account of their close proximity to other recreational areas in the district.
