For the first time in the history of Wanganui churches an Anglican clergy meeting yesterday was addressed by a Roman Catholic priest.* The monthly meeting of the Aitotara archdeaconry, was addressed by Father C F. Feehly, S.M. About 20 ministers attended the meeting, and Father Feehly spoke on the Vatican Council, which was suspended ait the death of Pope John. Ministers discussed with Father Feehly their differing points of view on the doctrine of the Anglican and Roman Catholic Churches.
