The following team has been selected to represent the Canterbury Men’s Basketball Association at the regional tournament between Canterbury, Mid-Canterbury and South Canterbury, to be played at .Ashburton on Saturday:— W. Smith (University A. captain). P. Doogue (Y.M.C.A.), W. Ward-Holmes (University A). P. Simpson (Y.M.C.A.). P. Ward <Rex), R Entwistle (Y.M.C.A.). R. Zachariassen (University A). D. Sharp (University A), P Dyson (Burnham). M. Bach (Wigram). A Canterbury* team has also been entered in the under 18 regional tournament, which will also be held at Ashburton on Saturday. The team, selected by Mr R. Thomson, is:—
