Tlie final of the southern zone of the Templeton Cup contest will be replayed next week at rtangiora, as the result of a drawn match between Kaiapoi B and Amberley B at Waimakarlrl Gorge yesterday. Both teams won four games and were also equal on holes. The individual results, with Kaiapoi B names first, were:— H. L. Oram lost to J. Rule. 2 down; F. G. Hammer beat A. D. Russell. 2 and 1; S. Wood lost to F. T. Hobbs, 2 and 1; J. Greenwood beat R. Hobbs. 1 up: B. Glubb lost to J. Brownie. 5 and 4; G. Moore lost to F. E. Hobbs, 1 down; A. Hopkins beat G. D. Scott. 2 and 1: R. Weir beat A. Stokes 5 and 4. NORTHERN ZONE Hawarden 51, Culverden 21 J. Warwick beat H. Fletcher, 5 and 4; G. Earl loat to A. Draper, I down; W. Warwick lost to H Farquhar. 3 and 2; T. Shfvas beat W. Cann. 4 and 3; K. Davey halved with G. Bellamy; A. Williamson beat W. Firth, 2 and 1: J. Williamson beat J. Pickering. 8 and 7: W. Wilson beat G. Gordon. 1 up. Hole In One
N. Forrester holed in one at “Waterloo,” a 105-yard hole at the Greendale golf course, during the week-end. He used a No. 7 iron.
