Seamen's Union President
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, May 28. Mr W Martin, a senior vice-president, was today elected president of the Wellington Seamen’s Union. Mr Martin said his appointment was temporary as ballot papers were already out, the late Mr F. P. Walsh being the only nominee for president. These were not due to be returned until July, when new nominations would be taken at a special meeting.
