Deserter To Stay In N.Z.
(N.Z. Prut Association) ’ MASTERTON, May 8. A farmhand, Ranald Sinclair, aged 30, of Gladstone, who was convicted last month of ship desertion, has been granted permission to remain in New Zealand by Mr J. F. Keane, S.M. The Magistrate described Sinclair's case as a special one.
