Sir, —Wednesday’s appeal was carried out by students. Were the tins allotted to them, carrying a number, checked out to the name and address of each? I have one with the number attached which was found in one of our rubbish tins where I work. It had been forced open (results nil).—Yours, etc., GIVEN BUT BITTEN. May 8, 1963.
