J. Wattie Canneries, Ltd., announced today an issue of 860.000 shares to ordinary shareholders of the company at a premium of 5s per share, making a total issue price of 10s per share. This is a l-for-5 cash issue to shareholders, and provisional allotment will be based on the shareholding as at 5 p.m., May 24, 1963. "
