House Sold For £2900
After being passed in at auction a bungalow at 173 St. Albans street was sold immediately afterwards for £2900. The property was offered on account of the estate of Frederick Alexander Grant by Mr N. H. McCrostie. The house, on a section of 36.2 perches, has a livingroom, four bedrooms, sunroom, kitchenette, bathroom, and laundry.
