The British businessman, Greville Wynne, charged by Russia with spying under a code which carries a possible death penalty, is likely to be tried within the next few weeks, according to Western observers. The Soviet news agency Tass. said last night that Mr Wynne had been charged under Article 85 of the Russian criminal code, which covers espionage by foreigners against the Soviet Union.
