MAGISTRATE’S COURT
TUESDAY (Before Messrs B. S. H. Ward and G. L. PomfretDodd, Justices of the Peace) FINED £2 Pleading guilty to a change of being in charge of a bicycle in Gloucester street while under the influerfce of drink or drugs on April 15. Terrence Bernard Durant, aged 39, a painter, was fined £2. REMANDED Gerald Noel Lake Holmes, aged 58 (Mr P. T. Mahon), was remanded on bail to April 22 on a change of driving while under the influence of drink or drugs on April 13. Graham Ross Eder, aged 34, was remanded on bail to today on a charge of unlawfully taking a bicycle on April 16. Bruce William Shackleton, aged 23, was remanded on bail to today on a charge of unlawfully taking a car on Aipril 15.
