Good Trial For Riccarton "The Press" Special Service WANGANUI. April 9. The Bagby-trained trio. Tilka, Lionheart and Hornpipe, which will race at the Canterbury Easter meeting this week-end. returned pleasing trials at Wanganui this morning. Accompanied by the juvenile Caspian (Anscombe), Tilka (O’Connor) recorded a smart half-mile in 49 3-ssec. the last three taking 37 l-ssec. At no time was Tilka asked for an effort.
