Winding-up Order Made
On the petition of six creditors, an order for the winding-up of Bailey’s Bakery, Ltd., was made by Mr Justice Wilson in the Supreme Court yesterday. Four of the six creditors were represented by Mr J. R Woodward, and the others by Mr R. G. Blunt and Mr J G. Hutchison. For the company, Mr J. H. F Macfarlane said he was obliged to consent to an order for winding-up. No order was made on the appointment of an official liquidator.
