12 Stitches In Filly’s Leg
(N.Z. Press Assn—Copyright) SYDNEY, March 28. The South Australian filly, Anna Rose, has had 12 stitches inserted in a gash on her near hind leg. and her immediate racing future is in jeopardy. She suffered the injury in
the ear ly stages of the Golden Slipper Stakes yesterday, and returned to scale with blood gushing from the wound. She was immediately treated by a veterinary surgeon.
