Western Under 20 Winner Western beet High School Old Boys. 2-1, in the final after extra time, to win the indoor soccer under 20 knock-out competition at Cowles Stadium last evening. Results were:— Preliminary Round.—Shirley Boys’ High School 3, Shamrock 2; Western 2, Celtic 1: Shirley High School Old Boys 2, New Brighton 1; Christchurch City 4, Riccarton 1. Quarter - finals.—Nomads 3. Shirley Boys’ High School 1; Western 3, Rangers 1; High School Old Boys 2, Shirley High School Old Boys 0; Technical Old Boys 4, Christchurch City 4. (Old Boys won on a countback.) Semi-finals.—Western 5, Nomads 3; High School Old Boys 3, Technical Old Boys 1. Final.—Western 2, High School Old Boys 1.
